How to Unpair a CONTOUR™ Connected Meter

To remove a connected meter from your app:

  1. Open the app and go to Main Menu > Settings > My Meters.

  2. Tap the meter you want to unpair.

  3. On the Meter Settings screen, tap Unpair and confirm when prompted.

  4. Tap the Back button (<) to return to Settings.

You can also swipe left on a meter in the list and tap the red Unpair button for a shortcut.

Note: Any readings previously synced from this meter will stay in your account. Future readings from this meter will no longer sync.

The meter is now disconnected from your account but previous data remains available.
