When I access Settings on my meter I lose my connection to the app. Why?

You cannot change the meter settings while it is connected to the app. To adjust settings directly on the meter:

1. Scroll to the Settings symbol on your CONTOUR™ connected meter and press OK.

2. The meter will automatically disconnect from your mobile device.

Once disconnected, you can make changes to your meter’s settings.
