Store information about my upcoming healthcare appointments and my healthcare professionals?

The My Team section in the app lets you keep track of your healthcare professionals and upcoming appointments - all in one place.

To access it:

  1. Open the Main Menu

  2. Go to My Care > My Team

There, you can add, edit, or remove contact details for your healthcare professionals, and enter information about future visits or appointments.
