Send a summary report of my blood sugar readings to my healthcare team?

To generate and send a summary report from the app:

1. Open the Main Menu.

2. Navigate to My Care > Appointments or Healthcare Team.

3. Tap Reports.

4. Select Blood Sugar Report (PDF)

Alternatively, you can go to Main Menu > My Care and then follow steps 3 and 4 above.

You will have the option to add a new recipient or choose an existing healthcare team member to receive the report.

Other Available Reports

• Blood Sugar Diary (PDF): Provides a detailed log of your entered data over a selected time period.

• Raw Data File (CSV): Exports your blood sugar data in an unformatted, raw data file.
