View my insulin and carb entries on the expanded graph of my blood sugar readings?

Open the app and go to My Readings, then tap the small graph at the top of the screen

Tap the white button in the upper-left corner of the expanded graph

When the Customize Your Graph window appears, tap View Both in the Insulin / Carbs column
