I was traveling and changed time zones. My mobile device time updated to match the time zone but my meter did not. Why is that?

If automatic date/time syncing is turned off in the CONTOUR™DIABETES app preferences,
your meter will not update when your mobile device time changes — unless you sync it manually.

To enable automatic time/date syncing:

  1. Go to Main Menu > Settings > App Preferences.

  2. Turn on Meter Time and Date Sync.
