If the connection isn’t working, please check the following:

The CONTOUR™ connected meter is turned on and paired with the app.

Bluetooth is enabled on the meter.

The meter is close to your mobile device.

Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device.
If your meter still does not connect, try restarting both your mobile device and the meter.
Note:
The Bluetooth symbol displays on the meter when it is ready to connect.
This symbol does not indicate that the meter is already connected to the app.
