As an administrator of a healthcare organization in GlucoContro.online, you can manage your clinic’s members and roles directly through the Organizations tab in the CONTOUR™ Diabetes ID Portal.
Accessing Clinic Management
1. Log in to GlucoContro.online, proceed to CONTOUR Account and open the Organizations tab. You’ll see a list of organizations you're a member of. If you're an administrator, the Admin label will appear next to the organization name.
2. Click on the name of the organization to open the member management panel, where you can view and manage pending requests, invitations, and current members.
Managing Members
1. The Pending Professionals section shows healthcare professionals who have requested to join your organization.
For each request, click the three-dot menu and choose:
- Approve the request
- Reject the request
2. The Invited Professionals section lists professionals who have been invited but haven’t accepted the invitation yet.
For each invitation, click the three-dot menu to:
- Resend the invitation
- Cancel the invitation
3. The Organization Professionals section displays all current members of your organization.
Click the three-dot menu next to a member to:
- Grant or revoke admin rights
- Remove the member from the organization
Inviting a Healthcare Professional
To invite someone new:
1. Click Invite new professional (next to the "Invited Professionals" section).
2. In the pop-up window, fill in:
First name
Last name
Email address
3. (Optional) Assign admin rights immediately.
4. Click Send Invitation.
💡 Note: The Profile type field is only available in the US region. It would then allow you to choose between Professional and Staff account type.
After sending, the person will appear under Invited Professionals.
Removing a Professional
To remove someone from the clinic:
1. In the Organization Professionals section, click the three dots next to their name.
2. Select Delete.
3. Confirm your choice in the pop-up.
Leaving the organization
If you’re part of a clinic and wish to leave:
Reassign any patients for whom you are the Leading HCP.

If you are the last Administrator in the clinic, assign admin rights to another professional first.
You won’t be able to leave the clinic if you’re its only Administrator.
In Account Settings, go to Organizations tab.
- Select the clinic and click on Leave
Clinic Medical Settings
You can define default glucose target ranges and KPI thresholds for all new patients in your clinic.
To do this:
In Clinic Settings, scroll to Clinic Glucose Levels and Key Performance Indicators.
Click the padlock icon labeled Provide Password.
After entering your password, you can adjust the settings.
These values will apply to all new patient profiles (unless individual settings are later configured).
You can set different values depending on diabetes type.
Default color rules:
Very High KPI
Turns yellow if any reading in the selected period is above the patient’s critical high threshold.Very Low KPI
Turns red if any reading is below the critical low threshold.Standard Deviation
Turns yellow if higher than one-third of the overall average.
You can override this with a fixed value in mg/dL or mmol/L.Coefficient of Variation (CV)
Turns yellow if greater than 33%.-
Glucose Management Indicator (GMI)
Red if < 5%
Green if 5–7%
Yellow if > 7%
Readings per Day
Remains black by default.
You can define a minimum value below which it will turn red.
Importing Patient database from legacy solutions
If you used GlucoFacts Deluxe or GlucoContro Desktop, you can import your full patient database into GlucoContro.online.
To start:
1. Go to Clinic Settings and find the Import patients section.
2. Make sure the legacy software is installed on your computer.
3. Click Import and select the application you're importing from.
4. In the pop-up window select the application you have been using so far:
5. Click Next, then Import.
⏳ Importing a large database may take time.
You can pause and resume the process, but do not close your browser while it’s running.
Once the process is complete, all imported patients will appear in your Full Patients List
Deleting the Clinic
