Why are the targets in my meter different than in the app?
This can happen for two reasons: Your meter hasn’t synced with the app since you last changed your target ranges in the app. You’re using a meter that isn’t a CONTOUR™ connected model.

I selected something and there was no Save button, only Done or Back…will my selection be saved?
Yes. The app automatically saves most changes. You usually don't need to tap a Save button for your selection to be stored.

If I have more than one meter can they have different target ranges?
Meters can technically have different target ranges, but this is not recommended. For consistency, all your meters should stay synchronized with the target ranges set in the app.
