If you are the administrator of the Organization, you have the option to manage its members. In this article, we will review the options available.
1. After successfully logging in, go to the "Organizations" tab.
There you will see a list of Organizations of which you are a member. Those where you have admin privileges have "Admin" tag next to the name of the Organization.
2. After clicking on the Organization where you are an admin. You will see a page where you can manage members of the Organization.
2.1 Pending Professionals section contains all requests by other HCPs to join your Organization. You can approve or reject each request after expanding the menu clicking the tree dots icon on the right hand side.
2.2 Invited Professionals section lists all the Healthcare Professionals you (or one of the other Admins in your Organization) have invited to your organization but who didn't yet reacted to your invitation. You can resend the invitation or cancel the invitation using the options available after clicking the three dots icon.
2.3 Organization Professionals section lists all the Professionals that are already members of your Organization. You can grant or revoke Admin permissions on every member by using the three dots icon.
Inviting a Healthcare Professional
To invite a new Healthcare Professional use the Invite new professional button, next to the Invited Professionals section.
A dialog will appear. Please provide the name, last name and email address of the Healthcare Professional who you want to invite. Profile type may be grayed out if only one type is available in the country of your organization. You may also grant the admin permissions up front to the user that you are inviting.
Note: Clinic Staff profile type is available in Countries where Contour Next Concierge is available.
After sending the invitation, you will see a new entry in the Invited Professionals section.
