Send a summary report of my blood sugar readings to my healthcare team?

To send a formatted PDF summary report from the app:
1. Go to Main Menu > My Care > Appointments or Healthcare Team.
2. Tap Reports.
3. Tap Blood Sugar Report (PDF).
or
Go to Main Menu > My Care and follow steps 2 and 3 above.

You will be able to add a new recipient or choose a healthcare team member.

Other Reports:
*Tap Blood Sugar Diary (PDF) to print a detailed log of the data you entered over a given time period.
*Tap Raw Data File (CSV) to export your blood sugar data. This report is unformatted and just contains raw data.
