- The CONTOUR™ connected meter is on and paired to the app.
- The Bluetooth setting on the meter is on.
- The meter is close to your mobile device.
- The Bluetooth setting on your mobile device is on.
If your meter is still not connecting to the app, try restarting your mobile device and meter.
Note: The Bluetooth symbol will display on the CONTOUR™ connected meter if the meter is ready to connect to the app; this symbol does not tell you that it is connected to the app."
