The app is sending me messages about Patterns. What are patterns?

The CONTOUR™DIABETES app can notify you if certain trends are detected in your blood sugar readings. The group of blood sugar readings that make up a trend is called a ‘Pattern’. For example, the app may detect a pattern of high blood sugars at lunchtime or lows on Tuesdays. <br><br>The Patterns feature lets you: <br>• View helpful notifications of trends in your blood sugar. <br>• Learn about possible causes of your patterns. <br>• Use reminders to help improve the pattern. <br>• Track your progress and see how you improve the pattern over time. <br>When a pattern ends it is moved to history
