Sometimes there may be a situation where, for unknown reasons, the results do not want to be downloaded from the meter.
The first recommended step is to check if your firewall/anti-virus program is not blocking the correct operation of our downloader.
Unfortunately, there are a lot of anti-virus programs today, so we recommend using Google (or similar) search engine and check the list of programs detected by the firewall/anti-virus and how to give GlucoContro Data Connector (results downloader) more privileges.
The second way is to manually exit the GlucoContro Data Connector (after installation, the program is in autostart. It turns on automatically when the system starts up.) and reinstall it.
Here's how to do it:
1. In the lower right corner, click the arrow to expand the list of apps running in the background.
2. Find our application icon and right click on it.
3. Click "Exit"
4. Go back to the GlucoContro.online page (if you haven't already, log in).
Click on the blue button "Download data from the meter" and go through the installation process again.
