Importing Patient database from Glucofacts Deluxe / GlucoContro Desktop

NOTE: 
Remember that the action must be performed on the computer where Glucofacts Deluxe / GlucoContro Desktop is installed.The database of patients to be imported is located where the mentioned programs are installed.

If you have been using GlucoFacts Deluxe or GlucoContro (Desktop) applications before in your Clinic you can import entire database of Patients and their blood glucose results into GlucoContro.online.

To import patients, click on your profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen.


A list of options will expand.Click on "Clinic Settings".

Scroll down until you find the "Import patients" section.

Click "Import".

In the pop-up window select the application you have been using so far:

Click Next and then Import. Please be aware that if you had a lot ofPatientswith many blood glucose results in your old database this process may take a long time. Please wait till itfinishes, orPause the process by clicking Pause and close. You will be able to continue the import later.Please do not close your browser while the process is running. 

After the process iscompletedyou will find all your Patient profile in the Full Patients List.
