How to revoke Access to your data

You can remove access to your GlucoContro.online data for any Healthcare Professional or Caregiver at any time.

Revoke Access for a Healthcare Professional

1. Go to My Doctors in the main menu.

2. Find the Healthcare Professional you want to remove.

3. Click the three-dot menu next to their name.

4. Select Revoke Access.

Note: Any data previously shared with this Healthcare Professional will remain stored in the clinic’s system.

Revoke Access for a Caregiver

1. Go to My Family in the main menu.

2. Find the Caregiver you want to remove.

3. Click the three-dot menu next to their name.

4. Select Revoke Access.

This person will immediately lose access to your data.
