Install the GlucoContro Connector (first time only)

1. Log in to GlucoContro.online.

2. Click the Download Data button at the top of the screen.

3. If this is your first time, you’ll be asked to download and install the GlucoContro Connector app.

4. Follow the instructions on the screen to install the app.

Note: The GlucoContro Connector works only on Windows 7 or newer.

After successful installation, the app will run automatically in the background (system tray) every time you start your computer.

Download Data from Your Meter

1. In GlucoContro.online, click the Download Data button again.

2. Select the connection type based on your meter model.

3. Follow the instructions displayed on the screen.                       

The connection process may look slightly different depending on the meter model you use.

First-Time Connection Notice

If this is the first time you are connecting a specific meter, you will be asked to confirm this action.

⚠ Make sure it’s your personal meter.
Imported readings cannot be deleted once saved.

Import Results

1. Wait while the system reads the data from your meter (this may take a few moments).

2. When the results summary appears, click Import Results.

   

3. Your readings will immediately appear on your GlucoContro.online chart.
