Create an Ascensia Account
We’re glad you’ve decided to use GlucoContro.online!
Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you register and start working as a Healthcare Professional.
1. Go to www.glucocontro.online and click Create an Account in the lower-right corner.
2. Select Professional Account when choosing your account type.
3. Fill in the required fields:

Use a secure password (at least 8 characters, including one number and one letter).

Accept the Terms of Service.

Choose your Country of practice carefully – this affects clinic access and data storage.

ℹ️ Your data and your patients' data will be stored securely on servers based on your location:

USA/Canada – stored in the United States
-
Australia/Asia-Pacific – stored in Australia
-
All other countries – stored in the European Union
4. After completing the form, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
5. Open the email and click Complete the registration process.
If your session expires before email confirmation, simply log in again using your email and password to continue.
6. Depending on your selected country, additional information may be required.
Fill in all the fields and click Continue.
Join Organization
To use GlucoContro.online as a Healthcare Professional, you must be part of a medical organization.
If your clinic already uses GlucoContro.online, you can search for it by name or city and click Join to send a request.
If your clinic is not yet registered, you can create a new organization directly in the system.
Joining an existing organization
1. Use the search bar to find your organization by name or city.
2. Click Join next to the correct organization.
3. Enter your business email address (used within that organization).
4. Wait for approval from the clinic’s Administrator.

Until approved, you’ll only see limited options.

After approval, you’ll access the full clinic dashboard and patient profiles.
Creating new organization
If your clinic isn't listed, you can create a new one.
1. Click Create at the top of the form.
2. Fill in the organization’s details:

Choose the country where the clinic is registered.

Select the default language for email communication.

3. Submit your business email address.

This is where GlucoContro.online will send notifications.

You'll still log in using the email you registered with.
4. Depending on your country, you may need to choose how patient data will be stored:

Central Storage – Data is stored securely in a Microsoft datacenter managed by SdNcenter (developer of GlucoContro.online).

Google Drive – Store data privately using your clinic’s Google Drive. You’ll be asked to log in and grant permission.
🔒 All patient health data is anonymized and accessible only by authorized professionals.
5. Once your organization is submitted, an Ascensia Administrator will review it.
After approval, you’ll be able to access the full Clinic Dashboard and invite other professionals or patients.
