As a healthcare professional, you can edit key details in a patient's profile to keep their information accurate and up to date.
To access a patient's profile settings:

Click the three dots next to the patient's avatar.

Select Edit patient profile from the menu.
Available Tabs in Patient Profile
1. Personal Information
Edit basic details such as the patient’s name, date of birth, and contact information.
2. Health Information
Update clinical data such as:

Diabetes Type

Treatment Type

Weight and Height
3. Glucose Ranges
Set personal target ranges for:

Pre-meal / Fasting
-
Post-meal
-
Critical High / Low thresholds
You can use the sliders or enter values manually. These settings influence graphs and KPI calculations.
4. KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
Adjust how KPIs are displayed for this patient.
Expand any section to set custom thresholds. Each KPI changes color depending on performance:
Default color rules:

Very High KPI
Turns yellow if any reading in the selected period is above the patient’s critical high threshold. -
Very Low KPI
Turns red if any reading is below the critical low threshold. -
Standard Deviation
Turns yellow if higher than one-third of the overall average.
You can override this with a fixed value in mg/dL or mmol/L. -
Coefficient of Variation (CV)
Turns yellow if greater than 33%. -
Glucose Management Indicator (GMI)

Red if < 5%
-
Green if 5–7%
-
Yellow if > 7%

Readings per Day
Remains black by default.
You can define a minimum value below which it will turn red.
