Change password

If you wish to change your passwordgo to Profile Settings after expanding the dropdown menu by clicking on your Avatar

Profile settings screen will be displayed. Choose change password option.

 

You will be taken to the Set new Password screen. Type the old password and new password in next two inputs. Click Change password button.

Confirmation of successful password change will be displayed. Click Continue to go back to your Account Settings.

Export your data in portable format

If you wish to export all of the data stored by GlucoContro.online that are related to your profile please go to Profile Settings after expanding the dropdown menu by clicking on your Avatar.

Profile settings screen will be displayed. Scroll down to GDPR Export Data section and click Export my personal data button. A file in a json format will be downloaded to your PC with all the information stored on your profile.

Leave the Clinic

 

If you wish to leave the Clinic please go to Profile Settings after expanding the dropdown menu by clicking on your Avatar.Make sure to reassign all your Patients to another Healthcare Professional in the Clinic if you are Leading HCP for them, before you leave. Also, you will not be able to leave the Clinic if you are the last Administrator of that Clinic. In such case grant Administrative rights to another Professional in your Clinic or Delete the entire Clinic.

Profile settings screen will be displayed. Scroll down to Clinic Memberships, click three dots next to that Clinic and click Leave option.

Log out

If you wish to log out, please go to Profile Settings after expanding the dropdown menu by clicking on your Avatar and choosing Logout option.

Delete the Account

 

In case you wish to delete your account in GlucoContro.online please go to Profile Settings after expanding the dropdown menu by clicking on your Avatar.

Profile settings screen will be displayed. Scroll down to Delete account section and click Delete Account button:

You will be asked to confirm this operation by providing your current password:

Provide your password and click Yes, delete my account button. Please be aware that this operation is irreversible.
