You can manage your GlucoContro.online account settings in one place. To access them, click your avatar icon in the top-right corner and select Profile Settings.
Change password
1. In Profile Settings, click Change Password.
2. Enter your current password and your new password in the fields provided.
3. Click Change Password.
4. A confirmation message will appear. Click Continue to return to your account.
Export your data in portable format
To download a copy of the data associated with your profile:

In Profile Settings, scroll down to the GDPR Export Data section.

Click Export my personal data.

A file in
.jsonformat will be downloaded to your computer with all your account information.
Leave the Clinic
If you’re part of a clinic and wish to leave:

Reassign any patients for whom you are the Leading HCP.

If you are the last Administrator in the clinic, assign admin rights to another professional first.
You won’t be able to leave the clinic if you’re its only Administrator.

In Account Settings, go to Organizations tab.
- Select the clinic and click on Leave
Log out
To log out of GlucoContro.online:

Click your avatar icon and select Logout from the dropdown menu.
Delete the Account
If you want to permanently delete your GlucoContro.online account:

Log in to www.glucocontro.online

Click your avatar icon in the top-right corner

Select Account's Settings
-
Scroll down to the bottom section

Click Delete Account

Enter your password to confirm and click on Continue

Confirmation messsage will be displayed
Warning: This action is permanent.
Once deleted, your account and all data will be removed and cannot be recovered. In case if you have changed your mind, please contact support immediatelly here
