As a healthcare professional, you can access all patient profiles in your clinic — regardless of who created them or who is currently assigned as the leading healthcare provider.
Searching for Patient profile

Go to the Patients section in the main menu.

Use the search bar to enter the patient's first name or last name.

Click on the patient's name to open their profile.
List of all Patients
1. In the main menu, click Full Patients List.
2. In this view, if you click on three dots icon you can:
- Change the leading HCP
- Delete the patient
3. You can filter the list by:

Name or surname
-
Email address
-
Leading HCP
-
Tags
-
3. To open a profile, click the patient’s name.
You can also mark patients as important by clicking the star icon next to their name. Starred patients will appear at the top of the list.
Online data synchronization
When you open a profile of a patient who uses GlucoContro.online, the system automatically syncs the most recent data from their online account. This includes:

Personal information
-
Medical information
-
Recent blood glucose results
Personal and Health Information
If there are differences between the clinic data and the patient’s online profile, a pop-up will show you a comparison. You can:

Accept specific changes

Reject all changes
If changes are rejected, the pop-up will not reappear unless the patient updates their profile again.
This allows you to review potential discrepancies, for example, if a patient accidentally selects the wrong treatment type.
Blood Glucose Results
Blood glucose data will sync automatically and merge with the patient’s existing clinic data.

While syncing, the sync icon will rotate.

Once complete, the icon turns green to indicate success.
