GlucoContro: How to join another clinic?

1. After logging in, in the left panel, click on the icon at the very bottom.

2. A new page with a list of clinics will open. You can find it by entering the clinic ID or by entering the name of the clinic.

3. After entering the ID or name, select your clinic.

4. You will be taken to the next page where you will be asked for your e-mail address. If the address is correct, click "Submit".
Note: Enter the address you use in GlucoContro.

5. Now all you have to do is wait until you are approved by the clinic.
