For Chrome:

1. In the upper right corner of the browser click on the three dots symbol to expand the options.

2. After expanding the options, click "Settings".

3. On the left side of the page, click on "Privacy and security".

4. Click on "Clear browsing data".

5. A window will pop up in the center of the screen.

In "Time range" select "All Time". Leave "Cache images and files" checked and confirm by clicking "Clear data".

6. Exit the browser and open again.

For Edge:

1. In the upper right corner of the browser click on the three dots symbol to expand the options.

2. After expanding the options, click "Settings".

3. On the left side of the screen, click on "Privacy, search, and services"

4. In the "Clear browsing data" tab, click "Choose what to clear".

5. In "Time range", click "All Time", then leave "Cached images and files" checked.

6. Exit the browser and enter again.
