Create an Ascensia Account

Hello! 

We are happy that you have decided to use GlucoContro Online!

As the first step you need to take is to register in GlucoContro. Please follow below steps to do it. The process will require small amount of time and some of your data (for instance Name, Surname, Diabetes Type, Treatment type as well as your insurance number and payer name).

Step number 1:

Please go to the GlucoContro Online main page and click "sign up" on the lower-right corner:

Step number 2:

You will be asked to provide some information about yourself. If you would like to register patient account (PWD) please choose "Personal" type of the account. If you on the other hand would like to register an account for Health Care Professional (HCP) please choose "Professional" account type. Please fill all remaining fields accordingly. Remember to choose the password that is easy to remember but on the other hand safe enough.

Step number 3:

After filling out all fields you will be displayed with the request to confirm your email address. 

Please go to your mailbox and look for registration email from GlucoContro Online:

Open the email, read all the content and click "Verify my account":

You will be displayed with the information about privacy policy. Please familiarize with all the privacy policy information, tick the box (so you admit that information has been read) and click "Continue" button.

Optional:

You can tick the second box to receive the latest information from Ascensia Diabetes Care.

Step number 4:

Please choose the type of your storage:

Step numer 6:

Please provide information about yourself (for instance gender, wage, treatment type). After filling out the form please click "Submit" button:

Step number 7 (Optional):

If you like you can invite some of your relatives to use GlucoContro Online. This step can be skipped by clicking "skip for now" on the bottom:

That's it! 

You are now able to use GlucoContro Online!
