How to reset password in GlucoContro Online?

Have you forgot your GlucoContro Online password?

On the below you will find clear instruction how to reset your password:

*NOTE:

Your password will be synchronized with Contour Cloud

1. First step is to open GlucoContro login page and find "Forgot your password?" button. Click on it:

2. On the next page you will be asked to provide your email address. Enter the email address provided during registration and click "Reset Password" button:

3. Confirmation of successful password reset request will be displayed:

4. Once the email address is provided please check your mailbox. You will receive notification similar to the below one. Please click on "Set new password"

*NOTE:

If email does not reach your inbox you might want to check "SPAM" folder on your mailbox/email client.

5. You will be displayed with the page where you have to provide and confirm new password. Please put the password and click "Set password"

6. After new password is set, you will be redirected to the login page automatically. Please enter your email and newly set password. Click "Sign In" button to open the GlucoContro Online application
