Facing unexpected application behaviour? Let us know. We hate errors as much as you do.
Hey support team - it does not work! This is some way of errors reporting, but there is another - we believe much better - that allows us to find and fix the cause of the issue much faster.
Please follow below instruction of issue reporting:
- Encounter unexpected behaviour (error, blank page, etc.)?
- Go back to the previous working site.
- Hit F12 (or Shift+Ctrl+i). It opens dev tools i.e. something that helps us a lot. You can see it at the bottom of the page or on the side.
In Chrome & Microsoft Edge (new Edge, for "old" Microsoft Edge please see below):
- Go to Network tab and check "All" in the Filter.
or
- Repeat the action that caused an issue.
- Go the the window you have just opened (dev tools), right click somewhere in Name column (it is not important where exactly).
- Choose "Save all as HAR with content" and save the file to your computer.
- Send this file to support@glucocontro.com
In "old" Microsoft Edge:
- Click "More tools" (down arrow as presented on below screenshot) and select Network.
- Repeat the action that caused an issue.
- Click "Export as HAR" icon (as presented on below screenshot), name the file and save it on your computer.
- Send this file to support@glucocontro.com

Hi,
I think it would be helpful to highlight that these steps should be executed with Chrome browser, or ideally prepare two separate instructions for Chrome and Edge.
Good point. The instruction was prepared for Chrome and new version of Edge. I updated it and now also users of "old" Edge can follow it!
