There is few options to share your medical data with your Healthcare Professional. In this article we will present all of them:

1. Email Invitation

1. Your Healthcare Professional will add you via Add new patient option, using Manual tab.
2. You will receive an email with a link to complete your registration on GlucoContro.online. Once your registration is complete, data sharing will begin automatically.

2. QR Code

1. Your Healthcare Professional will add you via Add new patient option, using QR Code tab.
2. You will be asked to scan the QR code with your mobile phone.
3. On your mobile, you will be taken to the registration page of Glucocontro.online, and once signed up, data sharing will start automatically.

3. Enrolling

If your Healthcare Professional has provided you with a Clinic Enrollment Code, you can use it to share your diabetes data with them in GlucoContro.online.

1. Log in to your GlucoContro.online account.

2. In the menu, go to Enroll in the Clinic.                                

   

3. Enter the Enrollment Code provided by your Healthcare Professional.

   

   The code is a 4 to 5 character alphanumeric string (for example: HWD9).

4. Click Submit.

    

What Happens Next?

• Your request to join the Clinic will be sent to your Healthcare Professional.

• They need to approve your request before the data sharing starts.

   

Check Enrollment Status

You can check the current status of your request at any time:

1. Go to My Doctors in the main menu.
2. You will see if your request in status:
   • Pending it means that it is still waiting for approval from Healthcare Professional.
   • Approved it means that data sharing option is active.
