Profile settings

GDPR export 

A copy of your personal data is available for download from GlucoContro.online at any time.

To export your data:

  1. Log in to your GlucoContro.online account.​
  2. Click on your avatar icon in the top-right corner and select Profile Settings.​
  3. Scroll down to the GDPR Export Data section.​
  4. Click the Export my personal data button.

A file in .json format will be downloaded to your computer containing all your personal data.​

Please note: .json files are structured for data portability and may not be easily readable without specialized software.

 

Editing profile settings 

  1. Log in to your GlucoContro.online account.​
  2. Click on your avatar icon in the top-right corner and select Profile Settings.

3. Here, you can customize the first day of your week and choose between mmol/L or mg/dL for units. Use the "GDPR Export Data" option to download your data as a file. Click on "Change account information" to go to further settings.

4. Click the profile icon to upload a photo and personalize your profile. You can also update your name and surname from this view.
