If you can't order samples from Contour Next Concierge and you get a message like the one above, it could mean:
- You probably have a Staff account and there is no Prescriber in your organization. You need to invite a Health Professional to be able to order.
- You have just created a clinic and it is still waiting for Country Representative to be approved.
If your organization is approved but does not have a Prescriber below, how can you invite one:
1. Log in to your account.
2. After logging in, click on “Contour Account.”
3. In the left panel, click “Organizations.”
4. Then click on your clinic in the “Organizations” section.
5. In the “Invited professionals” section, click on “Invite new professional.”
6. A window will pop up in which you must enter the details of the doctor you want to invite.
After entering the correct data, clink “Submit”.
7. The invited member will appear in the “Invited professionals” section.
The invited person will receive an email with a link to confirm membership.
8. Those who have confirmed the invitation should be visible in the “Organization professionals” section.
