2. New login page will be displayed:
3. Type in your Contour Next Concierge credentials
4. After the successful login, the Select the organization website is displayed:

Who is the Prescriber? Anybody who will order the samples by themselves and for themselves. This account type cannot order on behalf of anybody else than themselves. Anybody who will order the samples in the name of the multiple different other people i.e. a RN who orders for different HCPs or CDEs etc. This account type will only be able to order on behalf of others, never themselves.

You will need to either choose the organization that you belong to or contact your clinic Administration in order to setup an organization for you. |
5. To choose the organization:
1. Expand the Organizations dropdown.
2. Search for the organization by name.
3. Select the organization.
4. Click Proceed.
6. You will be redirected to the Contour Next Concierge Shopify shop:
* If you see the following screen:
Click ContourNextConcierge.com to go to the shop.
* if you see the following screen, but you were heading to the samples shop:
Click <Back
Click Logout
Navigate again to the https://www.contournextconcierge.com/
and log in again
